Patch testing

A patch test should be completed at least 24/48 hours prior to appointment/treatment for all new clients and clients who haven't visited the salon within the last 6 months. You MUST inform us immediately if any reaction or sensitivity occurs. In extreme cases of reaction you should seek immediate medical advice. If no reaction occurs, the treatment may go ahead.

If you have had a positive patch test or reaction in the past, unfortunately we won't be able to go ahead with the procedure, as once the body creates and antibody against an allergen it won't go away. You are likely to have a stronger reaction to eyelash extension glue next time.

If you require a patch test please book this free service via our online booking system to ensure you appointment can go ahead as planned safely.

Bookings/Cancellations

All bookings must be made online and can be made 30 days in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for any clients that need to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice this may result in a cancellation fee of £20. Where notice is given you can reschedule for a more suitable time to ensure your booking is fulfilled.

Preparing for your appointment

We like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment on time, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.

If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot as I may be with another client or preparing for your appointment.  If you are late, please note that the time may come out of your allocation which may result in less lash coverage.

Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also, because of the size of my lash room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.

Health and Safety

If you, or someone within your household, has become unwell and/or has a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. If you are pregnant, we can still offer extensions, however due to hormonal changes we cannot guarantee the longevity of the eyelash extensions.

Due to the high quality of products we use, we will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.
